|About the project|
The project was implemented for the purpose of establishing links between cultural institutions (museums, exhibitions, etc.), And IT professionals who can develop appropriate information systems.
Convenient form of presenting this information has become a mobile application - a virtual guide around the city, in conjunction with the site, which provides advanced content (also convenient for those who do not use mobile devices).
This information system was developed in 2015 as a joint interdisciplinary project Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and Odessa National Polytechnic University with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany. The project «Aufbau eines Forschungsund Ausbildungsverbundes Kultur und Informatik» was carried out by joint teams of students and teachers from both universities.

The project is supported by and in collaboration with the Laboratory «Informations- und Kommunikationsanwendungen» (INKA) HTW Berlin in ONPU was created corresponding to the center - the International Centre for computer systems and applications ( «INternational Centre of Computer Systems and Applications» (INCCA)). Centre aims at establishing and strengthening links between the center and the cultural organizations of Odessa, as well as the implementation of the Ukrainian-German inter-disciplinary of projects aimed at dissemination of art, culture and tolerance in a democratic society.

For working on a pilot project of team from the 5 students was gathered that already have experience of participation in the Ukrainian-German projects, and 3 staff members of the Institute of Computer Systems ONPU. From the HTW Berlin participated in the work of the University and the employee 3 3 students. The mobile application has been developed based on HTML5 Web technologies, JS5, CSS3. In order to ensure cross-platform were used Angular JS, Ionic and Cordova.
The mobile application provides a selection of different interesting routes around the city displaying memorial sites and information about them. A feature of the application is that in the course of the tour, it allows the user to take a virtual tour of selected buildings - objects on the route. In addition, the structure of the application of the included games, which helps the user to better assimilate the information and test your knowledge.
One of the stages of the work was the trip to Odessa development team in Berlin, where a group of students from the HTW Berlin shared her experience of creating information systems for cultural organizations and has demonstrated the development of the Berlin Centre of Informatics and culture.
The project was presented December 7, 2015 with the grand opening of INCCA center.
